On Wednesday 24th of February we used your services to move out of my unit and I just wanted to thank you for the great service we received. The boys were booked for 11am and arrived about 10:45, they were very careful with all my stuff and made the move quick and easy. We are moving into our new house in a few weeks and I will have no hesitation in using you guys then.

I wanted to write and say a BIG thank you for helping me move last week. From the initial phone call with you to the actual move itself I found Royal Removals absolutely fantastic! You are incredibly helpful and friendly as are Duane and Jade who came to do the move. They arrived on time and I couldn't believe how quickly they had my furniture out of the apartment, into the truck and then into storage, which you had arranged for me. Duane and Jade put the bulk of my furniture into storage and then went over and above by helping me deliver the remainder of my goods to a second address - moving can be stressful and expensive but you all made it so easy for me, and I kept within my budget, I really appreciate it!
The great customer service I received from you and your guys sets you apart from other removal companies. I will definitely be recommending Royal Removals to family and friends.

We have used Royal Removals 3 times in the last 18 months and have had nothing but excellent service. Leigh is always timely, efficient and friendly and completes all work requested with positively and a genuine care for his work. His genuine disposition and generosity contribute highly to making, what is always a big task; moving house, a lot easier.

Hi There

I wanted to give feedback on the excellent service provided by Jade and Dwayne when I moved from Clayfield to Pacific Pines yesterday. They got stuck into it right away and didn't stop till everything was all done despite some very awkward lifts. The last time I moved I used City Move and they were just woeful to the point I had to ring up and complain. I can't speak highly enough of these guys (Jade and Dwayne) and their professional and friendly service. I'll definitely use Royal Removals again thanks to those guys.

I would like to pass on my extreme happiness with a job I booked last week from Network Drive, Wynnum West to Fulica Street, Rochedale. It was a stinking hot day and the 2 gentlemen conducted themselves with the utmost professionalism as well as being extremely courteous. I believe they went above and beyond what I had expected of the service and have no hesitation in providing a glowing reference to those that I know for any future moving requirements. Let’s face it.. Nobody likes moving! I moved from my home in Hope Islandto Parkwood in the middle of 2009 and for the first time in my life, decided to use a removalist. That was the first challenge, with so many to choose from, I didn't know who was reliable and who would charge me a fair price.
After getting a few quotes, I decided to go with Royal Removals. On the day of my move, your guys turned up on time, and were efficient and careful with my belongings. The men were courteous and respectful of my home, and when we reached my new home, everything was moved back off the truck and put exactly where I wanted it. My 3 bedroom home had been moved without a single breakage!

When the time came to move again in early 2010, I didn't hesitate to call Royal Removals, in fact, I didn't even get a quote from another company. Your online booking really makes one of the most stressful times of life, so stress free.
I will be sure to recommend your service to anyone who may be moving in the near future.
